Be Still

Therefore, whoever eats the bread or drinks the cup of the Lord in an unworthy way will be guilty of sin against the body and blood of the Lord. 1 Corinthians 11:27 HCSB

“unworthy” manner – ritualistically, indifferently, unrepentant heart, spirit of bitterness, or

ungodly attitude

Patience/Provision – God knows and will provide whatever you need

Naomi said, “My daughter, wait until you find out how things go, for he won’t rest unless he resolves this today.” Ruth 3:18 HCSB

Then said she, Sit still, my daughter, until thou know how the matter will fall: for the man will not be in rest, until he have finished the thing this day. Ruth 3:18 KJV

Protection – God will fight for you

Humility – God is bigger than you

As they were eating, Jesus took bread, blessed and broke it, gave it to the disciples, and said,
