Jake Robinson

Children's Minister - Conway Campus

Jake is a native Arkansan who grew up in Marion. He and his wife Sarah were married in May of 2010 and have lived in central Arkansas for 10 years. Sarah is a pharmacist and is co-owner of Greenbrier Pharmacy. They have two boys, Holt and James, who are very active in all the sports that they can.

Jake has a BA in Biblical Linguistics from Williams Baptist University and a Masters of Arts in Christian Education from Mid-America Baptist Theological Seminary. He has been working in churches with students and children since 2003, beginning with internships and part-time ministry positions during college to full-time youth pastor or family pastor.

“Kids are so much fun! They can ask a question that comes from out of nowhere and then follow it up with a theological question that is deeper than they could ever understand. VBS, Camps, weekly services are always a blast when kids are involved. It probably helps that I’m a big kid myself, seriously my current office is basically Ninja Turtles and Star Wars (I think my diplomas are somewhere in there).”

The Robinsons are huge fans of the Memphis Grizzlies, Washington Capitals, Ole Miss Rebels, and Kansas City Chiefs. They love to go bowling, visit arcades, and make up random games around the house. Jake and Sarah love to travel and he enjoys playing golf and basketball, lake days with his parents, and zoning out to a video game to end the day.
