GenSend Summer

OVERVIEW

GenSend is a nationwide program offered by the North American Mission Board (NAMB) that provides an opportunity for students to discover and develop missional living skills in the context of church planting. The program aims to equip students with the necessary skills and knowledge to make disciples who can in turn make more disciples. It also aims to introduce students to various missional pathways that will encourage and train them to become a part of building God's Kingdom across North America through Church Planting.

TRAINING OVERVIEW

Once you are assigned to a city, you will start getting connected with your team to prepare you for the experience. Typically, you will have a Zoom training call every two weeks starting in February to prepare you.

PROGRAM COSTS, DEADLINES, AND DETAILS

• The program costs between $700 and $1,200, and the church will cover those expenses.
  • Costs will include your housing, transportation, and a stipend for your food
  • You will not need a vehicle during your time at GenSend
