Serve Saturday - Adopt a Foster Family

Serve Saturday is our monthly 2ND Fam compassion project. This will be a great way to show our community the love of Jesus by meeting physical needs.

December’s Serve Saturday we will be supporting the foster families of Faulkner County through The CALL, who currently has 55 open foster homes.  Adopt a foster family with your own family or with your small group. Compete with another small group to see who can adopt the most families. 

The GO store downtown is an excellent source for things you can provide families during this Christmas season.

Pack a bag or a gift basket, and make it fun!

Stop by the mission's kiosk in the lobby and bring your packed gift bag or basket, or drop off items for us to assemble by Saturday, December 12. You can also donate online at mysecond.family/give

Needs:

• Hygiene items

• Cleaning supplies

• Snacks

• Gift cards for meals

• Any kind of family activities- games

• Gingerbread house kits

• Passes to the movies/share the love/trampoline park, etc.

• Backpacks filled with goodies for kids
